Purchasing of any products supplied by ASR JWLS (“Products”) requires that you accept ASR JWLS Privacy Policy. Please visit ASR JWLS Privacy Policy for information on how ASR JWLS collects and uses personal information from users of the Website.

By using, browsing and/or reading the Website, this signifies that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must cease usage of the Website, or any of Services. Your purchases of any Products will be governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). ASR JWLS may revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will apply for all orders placed on or after the date of the effected date stated in the Terms and Conditions or elsewhere on the Website. You are advised to check this page regularly to take notice of any changes, as any changes are binding for you.

Website Material
ASR JWLS has created this Website to provide information about its company and products for users personal use. Users may download one computer copy or print one copy of the material on this Website for their own Non-commercial, educational, private or domestic use only, provided that proprietary notices, in particular intellectual property notices such as copyright©, trademark are preserved intact and are not modified, deleted or changed.

Unless otherwise stated, Users should assume that everything they see or read on the Website (such as images, photographs, including any person represented in the photographs, illustrations, icons, texts, video clips, written and other materials) are protected by legislation such as copyright, designs and trademark legislation and under international treaty provisions and national laws worldwide.
Users are not authorised to sell, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publicly perform, report or otherwise prepare derivative or second hand works based on or use any ASR JWLS material in any way for any public or commercial purposes.
Furthermore, ASR JWLS material may not be displayed or communicated on any other website, in a networked computer environment or other digital support for any purpose whatsoever. In the event of breach of any of these Terms, Users’ permission to use ASR JWLS material will automatically terminate and any copies made of ASR JWLS material must be immediately destroyed.
Any unauthorised use of ASR JWLS material may infringe copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.

Purchases
In order to access the Purchase Services, you may first register as a user of the Website or place an order without creating an account. As part of the registration process, or as part of your continued use of the Purchase Services, you may be required to provide personal information about yourself (such as identification or contact details), including address, email and password.
You warrant that any information you give to ASR JWLS in the course of completing the purchase process will always be accurate, correct and up to date. Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors.
By placing an order on asrjwls.com, you agree to receive marketing communications from ASR JWLS, from which you can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in the email footer.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that ASR JWLS have received it.
ASR JWLS may choose not to accept any order in ASR JWLS sole discretion including – without limitation – in the case of pricing errors, inability to obtain authorization for payment, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, if the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy ASR JWLS’s quality control standards and is withdrawn, or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the Terms and Conditions.
Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and ASR JWLS (the “Contract”) will be completed when ASR JWLS email you to confirm that the Products have been dispatched (the “Dispatch E-mail”). The language of the contract is English.
The Contract for the sale of Products will relate only to those Products that has been confirmed in the Dispatch E-mail. ASR JWLS will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch E-mail.
Please note that items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Account
Once you have completed the registration process, you will be a registered member of the Website (‘Member’) and agree to be bound by the Terms. You may not use the Purchase Services and may not accept the Terms if; you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with ASR JWLS; or you are a person barred from receiving the Purchase Services under the laws of Lithuania or other countries including the country in which you are resident or from which you use the Purchase Services.

Payment
Payment can be made with MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Diners, JCB, American Express and any other methods that may be clearly advertised on the Website. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon placing your order by ASR JWLS.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to ASR JWLS, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
ASR JWLS take all reasonable care to make the Website secure. ASR JWLS will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but ASR JWLS cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are issued in EUR however can be used in either currency for redemption. ASR JWLS gift cards are valid for use at ASR JWLS studio or online at asrjwls.com. Gift cards may not be exchanged if lost or stolen and expire 12 months from date of issue. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases prior to the expiry of the card. Any balance that remains on the card at expiry will not be available for use.

Prices & Taxes
Prices on the Website are in Euro and include Lithuanian VAT at the applicable rate. For orders placed outside the EU, the Lithuanian VAT of 21% will be deducted during checkout.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us.
If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated in Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction. Please be aware that orders placed for a delivery outside of the EU may be charged with a customs fee, which is not included in the shipping expenses from ASR JWLS. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
US customers may be asked to provide their social security number or tax id upon receiving the goods.

Delivery & Shipping
We ship all in stock orders within 2-3 business days after issuance of the order confirmation unless otherwise informed. ASR JWLS cannot guarantee that all products marked as In Stock are available the time of your order due to stock discrepancies. If a product is unavailable, we may contact you by phone or by e-mail to indicate any delays. An estimated delivery date, tracking will be provided along with the invoice for your order. Your order will be delivered in accordance with your chosen delivery method. When selecting the option for pick up you will be prompted once the order is ready for pick up at our studio in Druskininkai.
Products not in stock and customised sizes are shipped within 4-6 weeks. Our production time frames vary across products and the shipping time frame is an estimation only. Production delays may occur.
You acknowledge that ASR JWLS does not provide the Delivery Services to you and you agree that ASR JWLS will not be liable to you for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of profit or opportunity, or damage to goodwill arising out of or in connection with the Delivery Services.
All International orders are shipped with DHL Express.

Return Policy & Exchanges
ASR JWLS accepts returns and exchanges on new unworn and unused Products within 14 days of delivery. If you want to exercise the right of cancellation you must notify us thereof before expiry of the time limit for exercising the right of cancellation. Please email us at returns@asrjwls.com with a filled-in *Cancellation Form.
All Products must be returned in their original packaging and must be unused and returned in the original condition, intact, undamaged, unused and with their original certificate.
You must not remove any of the tags from the product. ASR JWLS will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
The return of the Products has to be addressed to ASR JWLS, M. K. Čiurlionio g. 44-11, LT-66142, Druskininkai, Lithuania, +37069215566. ASR JWLS recommends that you insure the return shipment as you are under duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until ASR JWLS receives them at the address. In case of dispute, ASR JWLS also recommends you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of ASR JWLS receiving your cancellation notice and the returned unused product(s).
You will also need to return the entire order to ASR JWLS by secure means to ensure it reaches ASR JWLS in good condition at your own cost.
Please note our Returns Policy does not apply to Customised Items and Bespoke Pieces. Bespoke and personalised specifically made to order for the customer, they cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Review your order to ensure all bespoke requests are correct before completing your purchase.
ASR JWLS will only cover shipping costs incurred if the error lies with ASR JWLS.

Sizes
In stock pieces are sold in their original size. All custom sizes are produced after the order is confirmed. If you don not see your size in the size menu by the product, please contact us, in advance of your purchase, with your size and we will let you know if we can deliver the product in that specific size. Not all products can be fitted to all sizes. ASR JWLS does not take responsibility if the product does not fit you, or for any interpretation of size and international size conversion tables. Please note that we do not accept returns on any custom sized product. Once you place the order, and ask us to create a unique size for you, the purchase is binding and the product can not be returned, regardless of reason. Furthermore, please refer to “Size Guide” on our website next to each product.

Events outside our control
ASR JWLS will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of Griegst’s obligations under a contract that is caused by any act, event, omission, non-happening or accident outside Griegst’s reasonable control, including (without limitation) industrial action, civil commotion, war, riot, terrorist act, fire, explosion, storm, flood, any natural disaster, impossibility of use of appropriate modes of transport or technological or communication problems (“Force Majeure Event”).
Griegst’s performance under any contract is to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and Griegst will have an extension of time for performance during that period. Griegst will use its reasonable endeavors to bring the Force Majeure Event to an end or to find a solution by which Griegst’s obligations under the contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

Warranty and Liability
We warrant to you that any product purchased from us through our Website is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for the purposes for which products of the kind are commonly supplied.
Every care has been taken in the preparation of the content of this Website to ensure that the items and terms are described accurately. There may, however, from time to time be technical inaccuracies and/or typographical errors.
There may be slight variations from time to time in style or colour reproduction or in text descriptions. As the actual colours you will see will depend on your monitor, we are unable to promise or guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will actually reflect the colour of the product delivered to you.
When you buy a product on asrjwls.com you have a two-year right to file a complaint counting from the delivery date. This means that for up to two years after you have received the product, you may have the product repaired, exchanged or you may have a refund or a reduction of the purchase price if the product is defect and depending on the situation at hand.
Damage to the product caused by accidents, use of the product in an unintentional manner, incorrect use or abuse or other tortious conduct is not covered by the right to complain. If you find that your order is defect, you must file a complaint by e-mail to returns@asrjwls.com
within a reasonable time.
When we have received your complaint, we will send you a return label in order for you to return the product to us free of charge. When you return the product, please fill out and enclose the forwarded complaint form.
Always ensure to have the enclosed postal receipt stamped and signed at the post office when you hand in the package. This is your proof that the package has been returned to us and in such case you will not be liable in the event that the package is not received at ASR JWLS.
Please keep the postal receipt until you receive information from ASR JWLS that your returned package has been received and processed.
We are not liable for any use of the products if you use them for other purposes than they are made for. The products are not suitable for children under three years. The products contain small parts. We are not responsible for indirect losses.
Our liability is in any case strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased.
This does not include or limit in any way our liability:
(a) For death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
(b) For fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
(c) For any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.
Pre-Order reservation When placing a Pre-order for ASR JWLS products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and other billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. ASR JWLS shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You acknowledge and agree that ASRJWLS may decline or delay reservations to avoid oversubscription or as it deems appropriate, we will make efforts to inform you within two (2) weeks of our receipt of your Pre-Order, and you will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price in case of a decline by ASR JWLS.
Price and payment You will be charged the full price of the Products at the time of placing the Pre-Order. Methods of payment accepted are: (1) Bank transfers; or (2) Credit card payment (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard). The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes, transfer fees, and other governmental charges, which are your (“Buyer”) responsibility.
Priority ASR JWLS will produce Products according to the order in which the Pre-orders are received.
Delivery schedule Although we will make efforts to begin delivering Products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery is only an estimate, is subject to change, and ASR JWLS does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment is not met, ASR JWLS is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall we be obligated to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. We will make efforts to provide you updates with respect to such delivery schedule.

Written Communication
Applicable laws require that some of the information or communication we send to you should be in writing.
When using our Website, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by email or provide you with information by posting notices on our Website.
For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communication that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Transfer of Rights And Obligations
The contract between you and us is binding on you and us and on our respective successors and assigns. You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of a contract, or any of your obligations arising under it, without our prior written consent.
We may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of a contract, or any of our rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during the term of the contract.

Status
By placing an order through our Website, you warrant
(a) That you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
(b) That you are at least 18 years old.

Waiver
If we fail, at any time during the term of a contract, to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under the contract or any of these terms and conditions, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled under the contract, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations.
A waiver by us of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default. No waiver by us of any of these terms and conditions shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing.

Severability
If any of these terms and conditions or any provisions of a contract are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter of any contract and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.
We each acknowledge that, in entering into a contract, neither of us has relied on any representation, undertaking or promise given by the other or implied from anything said or written in negotiations between us prior to such contract except as expressly stated in these terms and conditions.
Neither of us shall have any remedy in respect of any untrue statement made by the other, whether orally or in writing, prior to the date of any contract (unless such untrue statement was made fraudulently) and the other party’s only remedy shall be for breach of contract as provided in these terms and conditions.

Law and Jurisdiction
All sale contracts for purchase of products through our Website are concluded in Lithuania. Such contracts and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by Lithuanian law.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
