WARRANTY

Each ASR JWLS piece is unique and handmade by Augusta Sofija Rudzikaitė at her studio which is in constant movement among eclectic cities around the world: Tokyo, Munich, Florence, Paris, Druskininkai (Lithuania).

Custom blacksmithing techniques are applied to niobium and tantalum to create specific black and grey patinas. There are no artificial materials, colouring or synthetic stones used during the production. Both of these metals are chemically similar to platinum and safe to wear. Each stone is thoroughly cut and individually chosen from reputable gemstone dealers. Therefore, the metal base is precisely shaped in accordance to the selected gem and can not possibly be mass reproduced. This gives the jewellery a distinct wearing experience and a particularly personal touch.

For each piece of jewellery, ASR JWLS provides a warranty, which guarantees an item for two years after purchase. This warranty does not cover loss, theft, damage other than faulty manufacture and repairs by anyone else but the artist. Please refer to the special care instructions included below.
